Advantages for tenants

We provide you a fully furnished home in a desirable and convenient location. The property will be maintained to a high standard with professional cleaning, gardening services and general maintenance. You’ll also have access to wi-fi. Rent includes all bills with the exception of the gas and electric so that you are in control on how much/little you want to spend. The minimum term of your contract will be 6 months. Anything after will trigger a ‘ monthly rolling contract’ with the terms automatically renewing.
